The event this year will be fully catered, and we are happy to work around dieatry requirements you may have, however you MUST let us know when you sign up so we know about them. (Please don’t assume we know, even if you’ve told us in the past!) If you already signed up but have a dietary requirement you need to add or update, please email us asap so we can add you to the list.
The cut-off for registering for the meal plan is Friday the 18th of August. This is a hard deadline—after this date you CANNOT make changes to your meal plan booking. If you have signed up for the meal plan but need to cancel, the mealplan will be non-refundable after the 18th.
Friday Dinner: Soup and toasties.
Saturday and Sunday Breakfasts: Porridge, eggs, and hash browns. Toast and spreads will be available.
Saturday and Sunday Lunch: Sandwiches with salad and cookies. (On Sunday lunch, any leftovers from previous meals will also be available)
Saturday Dinner: Spaghetti bolognaise and vegetables.
